Deliveries and returns

1. DELIVERY TIMES

1.1. Orders

  • In metropolitan France, orders are delivered in 2 to 5 working days. It may take a little longer during strikes or holiday periods (such as Christmas). 🎄
  • In Europe and International, it will depend on the destination country. We send the packages in 2 working days but the delivery can be between 7 and 10 working days (or more).

    In any case, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link that will allow you to see the progress of the delivery live.

    1.2. Pre-orders

    All orders placed before July 24 are Pre-orders.

    Shipping times are given as an indication when placing the Pre-order.

     

    2. RATES AND SHIPPING METHODS

    2.1. France

    Delivery costs are free in mainland France for orders of 40 euros and more.

    • Colissimo at home (without signature): the shipping costs are €4.90.
    • Colissimo delivery to the post office, Pickup relay & Pickup Station lockers: shipping rates are €3.90.

      2.2. Europe

      • Standard: shipping rates are €6.90.
      • Luxembourg: shipping rates are €7.90.
      • United Kingdom: shipping rates are £8,90.

      2.3. Outside Europe

      • Standard International: shipping rates are €20.

      3. TRACK YOUR ORDER

      Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Simply click on the link given to track the progress of your package.

       

      4. PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

      5. RETURNS

      In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the day of delivery of the order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal.

      Send us an email at contact@mybetterperiod.com to send us:

      • your order number (you will find it in the order and shipping confirmation emails);
      • photos of the package to be returned;
      • the reason for return (optional).

        MY BETTER PERIOD will acknowledge receipt without delay and send you a return label if the return is accepted.

        The products marketed by MY BETTER PERIOD being intimate hygiene products, the Customer wishing to return must return the package unopened in order to allow them to be marketed again, new, unused, unworn, unwashed.

        The exchange will be possible within the limit of available stocks. Failing this, we will proceed to the reimbursement of the entirety of your Order. The reimbursement will be made within 14 days from the receipt of your returned product. The exchanged product will be sent to you within 10 days.

        If the package is lost or damaged during the return of the product, the cost of the damage is the responsibility of the Customer.

        Products that are not returned within the time periods and conditions referred to above will not be refunded or exchanged by MY BETTER PERIOD.

        Return costs are borne by the Customer.

        Return costs will be covered by MY BETTER PERIOD in the event of a return due to lack of conformity.

        The refund will be made by crediting the Customer's bank account corresponding to the bank card used to pay for the Order or Pre-Order. If you have changed bank accounts, remember to give your new bank details to your old bank.
