How to fold your cup into an S?

If you've never used a cup before, it will take a little time to learn how to fold it properly. So, don't panic if you don't succeed the first time.

How to insert your cup with the Applicator?

Get into a comfortable position and relax. You can sit or stand, but if you're new to using the cup, I recommend sitting on the toilet or doing it in the shower the first few times you use it.

Then insert the first 2 centimeters of the cup into your vagina and push with the pusher to slide it inside.

Once inserted, do not hesitate to gently pull on the rod to check that it is correctly positioned.

How to sterilize the cup?

When you receive your pack, it is important to sterilize your cup and applicator tube for the first time and between each cycle.

Use our sterilizer in the microwave for 3 minutes or boil it in water using a saucepan for between 5 and 10 minutes.

Make sure to let it cool before touching the cup or applicator tube.

Wash your applicator plunger with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap. Before storing them in their reusable carrying pouch, wash and air dry your cup and applicator.

How to remove the cup?

Before removing your cup, wash your hands with soap and water.

Now, relax your muscles and locate the tip of the cup. If you can't reach it, gently push as if you were going into labor and use the stem as a guide until you can reach the tip of your cup.

Pinch the base of your cup to avoid suction. With the base pinched, gently pull down to remove your cup. Do not pull hard on the stem to remove it.

Empty your cup into the toilet, shower or sink.

Finally, wash your cup and applicator as directed, then reinsert or wash and air dry before placing in your carrying pouch.
