Refund Policy

1. PRODUCTS WERE DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

  1. If you notice damage when opening your package, make an inventory of the damaged products and take photos of them.
  2. Send it all to us via email at contact@mybetterperiod.com 💌
  3. Please specify the order number and write "Refund" in the subject of the email and we will process your request as quickly as possible.

2. PRODUCTS ARE MISSING OR DEFECTIVE

  1. If one or more products are missing or defective, take inventory and take photos of them.
  2. Send us an email to contact@mybetterperiod.com with the following subject: “Forgotten, damaged, missing, defective products.”
  3. Please specify in the message the list of products concerned and we will take care of your case as quickly as possible.

3. YOU DO NOT WANT TO KEEP THE PRODUCTS

If you do not wish to keep the products received, you have the option of returning them to us and obtaining a refund.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, in their original condition allowing them to be marketed again, new, unused, unworn, unwashed, to request an exchange, refund or credit without penalty.
